SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping fees are non-refundable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from Coad Enterprises, LLC, we are no longer responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
To TRACK your package, please log-in to the provided carrier service's website and enter the tracking number or reference the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact orders@aaroncoad.com to request a “Status Check” in order to locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country’s laws and regulations.
Please note, that all of our products are individually handcrafted with the highest attention to detail, quality, and workmanship. Orders will typically ship within 3-5 business days from date of purchase, pending availability and credit card verification . If we don’t have the item in inventory, it will be put into production and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Please contact us to do a stock check prior to ordering if you need your product within a certain time frame, otherwise please allow 1-2 week for your item to ship.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact support@aaroncoad.com.
